OUR FOUNDER
Sissi Pham
I was once an eight-year old who for a brief time was without a father, a home, or a country at the end of the Vietnam war. As fate would have it, we were reunited as a family and sponsored by a Catholic Church in the US. This Church and its congregation gave us hope and a new beginning. They also implanted within me the seeds of generosity.
One seed of generosity has sprouted into the AESARA Foundation. In 2016, I co-founded AESARA, a health care consulting firm, with a paramount desire to establish a thriving business that would be passionate about doing good work and doing good. AESARA is committed to financially sustain its philanthropic counterpart, the AESARA Foundation.
At the AESARA Foundation, our cause is simply to meet a moment of need with commitment, boldness, and transformative actions. Since 2017, we have been helping Puerto Rico following the twin hurricanes by leveraging our well-honed strategic and organizational skills in healthcare.

The individuals who join AESARA share the same strong desire to do good and generously give their own time and resources to the causes of the AESARA Foundation.
By starting the AESARA Foundation, we have planted other seeds of generosity. We are constantly amazed by the ardent partnerships from other foundations who have helped raise funds for solar panels to power Loiza’s first ever emergency shelter and upgrade the antiquated urgent care center. Friends and colleagues who join in our service trips depart with a well exerted body but a fuller heart.
My life was changed by those who chose to be generous rather than just witness what is broken. I have been humbled by their generosity and I remain inspired to do good and spread the seeds of generosity to others through the AESARA Foundation.
